About Us

We’re Murielle and Tanguy – a couple who left the beaten path to build something more aligned.

Murielle, a former independent speech therapist, spent 8 years helping others before burnout made her stop and reset.

Tanguy, once a corporate project manager, went through his own burnout and now works as a coach and entrepreneur.

Today, we use our experiences to support creators who, like us, want to live differently.

Shadow Operating is our way of helping creators earn from their content – without sacrificing energy, freedom, or family life.

Do I need to already have a product idea to work with you?

Not at all. If you have one, great. If not, we help you shape it through a personalized monetization plan based on your content, audience, and values.

I'm not really into “business” or strategy… is that a problem?

Not at all. That’s what we’re here for. You stay focused on creating, and we handle the behind-the-scenes: structure, product, platform, sales flow.

How long does it take?

Usually 2 to 4 weeks from first call to launch. We adapt to your pace, always.

Will I need to push sales hard to my audience?

Never. We create a gentle, respectful sales strategy that fits your tone. We script stories and posts to inform, inspire, and connect — not pressure.

Will you appear in the process?

Only if you want us to. You stay front and center — we operate in the background. Everything is personalized to your voice and energy..

How much does it cost?

You’re not committed to anything until a contract is signed. We create everything first — you can give feedback, adjust, or walk away. Once you decide to go ahead, we launch the product. From there, we only get paid as a percentage of sales, which we agree on together.
